Original fine art created using traditional mediums. High professional quality creations by one artist.

Here is a selection of my work. This first piece is an acrylic painting of two knights in battle. It is one of my favourite creations. Painting the reflections of the armour was an enjoyable challenge. Capturing a sense of powerful movement & strength.

Nature has been a huge inspiration to me. This piece is an acrylic painting of a Golden Eagle. The inspiration came from a high quality photograph, which I then, over many weeks, created this majestic king of the sky.

I had a few different inspirations to create this oil painting of a Viking ship. The oil paints were a great medium to use to create the flow of water & black storm clouds… to final capture the powerful story this paint suggests.

This is an acrylic painting of a black wolf in a dark misty woodland of sliver birch. The inspiration came from a high quality photograph. I enjoyed creating a magical &powerful feel with the blue & warm tones in the distant trees.

This is an acrylic painting of ancient warriors waiting to go into battle. The idea for this painting came from a photograph of historical reenactors. Painting the chainmail details was a challenge and took many hours.

This Eagle Owl painting is one of my earlier pieces. From and art book on paintings birds & animals, I practiced my skills at painting feathers against the books author & artist. I carefully painted each feather one by one, capturing the different textures and the light across the face. Illuminating the birds beak & fiery orange of the eyes.

The inspiration for this drawing came from trolls in Nordic folklore. I drew this in pencil. I took photographs of old haggard trees to use as reference in the drawing. This character is one I have been working on for a few years. The detail of his character has become more vivid & alive each time I have come back to this concept...

…This piece of art is an earlier version of the same character.
